Sublimation Tools

Two small, focused tools for sublimation printing — born in a real print shop, where the hard part isn't the design, it's getting the size right. They run entirely in your browser and work great on a phone.

📏 Real-inch sizing 🧩 Multi-sheet tiling 📄 Print-exact PDFs 👕 Whole-roster batches
18″ LOGO 9.6″ × 6.6″

Sublimation Sizer

Snap a photo of the actual shirt, calibrate with one tape measurement, and drag your design into place. The tool tells you the exact size to print — and splits it across sheets when it's too big for one.

  • Calibrate from a pit-to-pit measurement — works on any garment
  • Drag & pinch the design, read the print size in real inches
  • Auto-tiles oversized prints across 8.5×11 (or any) sheets
  • PDF export at true physical size — print at 100%, no scaling guesswork
  • Seam trim marks and a low-resolution warning built in

Roster Press

Load a roster, style the name and number once, and generate print-ready PNGs for the whole team in one click. Built for the season where every kid needs a jersey by Saturday.

  • Roster from CSV or typed in — names, numbers, shirt sizes
  • Custom fonts (upload files or use any installed font)
  • Drag-to-position name, number, and logo with snap guides
  • Shadow/outline styling, mirror-for-sublimation toggle
  • One click renders every player to a ZIP of 300 DPI PNGs

How the Sizer works

1

Photograph & calibrate

Lay the shirt flat, shoot straight down, and drag two dots to the armpit seams. One tape measurement gives the tool a true inch scale.

2

Place your design

Drop the artwork on the photo, then drag and pinch until it looks right on the real shirt — no more printing three test sizes.

3

Export & press

Get the exact print dimensions, tiled across sheets if needed, as a PDF that prints at true size. Trim at the seam marks and press.

Your photos never leave your device

Both tools are single HTML files with zero backend. Photos, rosters, and designs are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded, tracked, or stored anywhere.
