How the Sizer works

Photograph & calibrate

Lay the shirt flat, shoot straight down, and drag two dots to the armpit seams. One tape measurement gives the tool a true inch scale.

Place your design

Drop the artwork on the photo, then drag and pinch until it looks right on the real shirt — no more printing three test sizes.

Export & press

Get the exact print dimensions, tiled across sheets if needed, as a PDF that prints at true size. Trim at the seam marks and press.

Both tools are single HTML files with zero backend. Photos, rosters, and designs are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded or tracked. Saved rosters, design presets, and calibrated shirts live only on your device.
